作者简介


迈克尔˙雷(Michael Ray):斯坦福大学企管研究所创意与创新行销课程的教授,也是社会心理学家,在行销沟通以及为企业与个人发展创造性环境的领域中,具有丰富的经验。《快速企业》(Fast Company)杂志称他是“硅谷最有创意的人”。他有一百多种著作,包括十本书,其中两本是消费者资讯处理领域的先驱著作,有两本则有助于建立与发展企业新典范。
