布鲁斯·阿克曼，美国当代宪法学家与政治理论家，1943年出生于纽约市，先后毕业于哈佛大学（1964年）和耶鲁法学院（1967年），曾任教于宾夕法尼亚大学法学院、耶鲁法学院和哥伦比亚大学法学院，自1987年始担任耶鲁大学斯特林法学与政治学讲座教授。阿克曼教授在政治理论、美国宪政与比较宪法领域内均有卓越的原创学术贡献。他的代表作品《我们人民》多卷本被认为是“过去半个世纪在整个宪法理论领域内所进行的最重要的工程”，2010年因《美利坚共和国的衰落》的出版而入选《外交政策》评选的全球百大思想家。
江照信，1974年生，山东沂源人，山东大学法学院副教授。康奈尔大学法学院博士后研究人员（2012年至今），香港中文大学历史学博士（2008年），斯坦福大学史学硕士（2005年），北大法学硕士（2002年），烟台大学法学学士（1997年）。研究方向主要是中国法律史、民国司法制度。出版专著《中国法律“看不见中国”：居正司法时期（1932-1948）研究》（2010年），翻译《担保论：全球金融市场中的法律推理》（2013年）。
